SAFFA is so much easier than the big chain I’ve used for years. I call in my refill and get a text to accurately tell me when it’s ready. (Texts from the big chain pharmacy have frustratingly proven to be about 50% accurate.) SAFFA pharmacy folks greet with a smile, answer questions, and seem genuinely pleased to have me as a customer.
