Safeway Pharmacy

Again the customer service is completely nonexistent by the tech who has the most coldest and rudest attitude on the phone. I called requesting to see if they received a script for me for a certain med she asked for my name and birthdate then said no they do not have one filled. I asked her if they received one from my dr and she told me to call my dr. I told her my Amazon request for transfer keeps getting ignored and I just wanted to.. she cuts me off again and tells me to have my dr send it to Amazon. I stopped her and told her I was out of the med and just wanted to know if it was there… she says yes we have it .. I said can I get it filled then…. She says for that amount we have to order it and it won’t be in till Monday!!!!! What part of this could of been accomplished in one sentenc

I'm giving two stars because the line here is unbearably long. The woman with tied back platinum hair is kind, but stops what she's doing and chats with her coworkers and customers WAY too long. If this woman is at the counter you are sure to be in line 15-20 minutes per person in front of you. Long wait time is not a problem when other employees are tending to the customers. Please address this issue. 🙏🏼😵‍💫

This pharmacy is usually busy and I expect a line when I go and am prepared to wait. This vist was quick despite a small line and the staff member who helped me is always welcoming and friendly, this visit was no different. Thank you Tillamook Safeway Pharmacy. You are appreciated.

This pharmacy is hit or miss. I have had really good service from them and then there are days like today where I have had the rudest pharmacy tech answer the phone. He never even provided his name. I get it, they're busy and in a hurry, but I didn't do anything to this guy and I was polite until I had had enough.
