I was disappointed in the short time with the ENT I was referred to. The outcome was “sometimes things happen to our bodies & we just have to live with it & hope it goes away”. Can you believe it?! He was rude, unhelpful & lacked any empathy for my condition. He walked me out to ck out & never said another word, just walked away from me. I will never return, & will never recommend him. Shame on him.

The reception ladies are super nice and sweet, so are the nurses and doctors. Especially Dr. Elizabeth batchelder, she is honestly the best doctor I've ever had. I've never had a doctor that's as caring, is very thorough with every visit, and just as nice as a person can possibly be. She's absolutely amazing, and really cares about her patients. Both me and my infant son have her as our primary doctor.

Upon first going to this office i thought "wow this is the best health care provider along the coast hands down!" However it did not take long for this office to fall in line with the average. In fact it took just long enough for me to become "established" with them. If you are actually able to see or speak to a doctor i would recommend Dr. Welch (which is why i did more than two stars) his bedside manner is incredible, however you can expect to wait at least four days (and counting) for serious lab results that were promised to you three days prior.

Dr Welch is kind and thoughtful. Nurse Sarah stayed in room when appropriate. In addition to appointment they were able to give me a covid booster when I asked.

Every appointment I've ever had with Rachel has always been very pleasant. I highly recommend her practice.
