Experience was all around positive. Medical assistant was lovely and helpful. Doctor was very attentive And spent a lot of time with me. She even called me back in the evening with test results. Appreciate being able to have exceptional care at Adventist Health Tillamook medical plaza.

Dr. Ruben & his assistant Carrie are the best ever. They both have shown me so much care in me as a patient. I’m 65 years young and in all my visits to see a doctor, the two of them stand out in how they really care about me!! I had a spot. A possible cancer spot. Carrie kept in touch with me. During the holidays (Christmas) Carrie called me and told me if I needed ANYTHING to call her. Even just to have someone to talk to. WOW! Dr. Ruben called me at home to see how I was doing. The Doctor I saw was amazing. He listened to my needs and put effort into finding out what my problem was. My nurse was also amazing. She seemed to be genuinely a caring person, and I believe her to be in the right career .the imaging tech was friendly communicative and listen to me when I said I was in too much pain to continue with the testing. The teamwork coordination and the time spent with me and on me exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate these people.

I have always been very pleased with Dr. Nelson and her staff….the promptness, the attentiveness…..I have never felt hurried and the only questions NOT addressed were those I forgot to ask! Dr. Nelson makes me feel HEARD, even tho’ she may not agree, she listens and is responsive in an appropriate, thoughtful manner….😎

Lovely experience from beginning to end. I was visiting from out of town and nervous about needing to go to Urgent Care. The check in was easy and smooth. No wait time. Seen quickly and out the door within 45 minutes. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, kind and exceptionally competent.
