Safeway Pharmacy

Always professional and caring. They are informed about my special meds and I don.t ever go without. I go an extra 5 miles to keep my medications here. The grocery is the same. Always helping me as I am using oxygen and I am a more mature adult.

Extremely rude service. I called to make sure my prescription was still ready for pickup as I got a text on Saturday it was ready for pickup but it was Tuesday when I had a chance to go over there. Before I even was done explaining my question, she replied “DATE OF BIRTH”…Then she said she only received the notification today to refill…so confusing because I had been receiving texts all last week up until Saturday it was ready for pickup. But she denied that being so. No sort of understanding/empathy or apology for a miscommunication on their part. Then I asked her if it could be ready today and she said “yeah” and then nothing..So then I was like …”okay can you tell me when?” She replied, 30-40min. Mind you, they close in an hour for so I didn’t want to come over there in 40 min just to

New girl behind the counter cussed me out because I asked if they were going to fill my prescriptions right now (so I knew if I should leave and come back or wait) and this was after she told me they’d be ready the last two days. I don’t know her name because she doesn’t wear a name tag like every other person who works in that position. When I asked if they’re filling them now she glared at me and then started cussing me out. I told her to find a new job if that’s how she treats customers and she told me to find a new pharmacy. Guess I will. Not only are they slow now (the last staff wasn’t) but they’re rude (last staff was friendly).

The lady I talked to in pharmacy was the rudest lady that I have ever met and should not be working in customer service at all. I can't see where I could put a picture of the lady that I was dealing with.Otherwise, I would put a picture all over social media.But anyways, anybody has their mids at this safe way should transfer to somewhere else because the pharmacy ladies should be working in a warehouse, not with customers

They are really rude here, I called to see if I'd need to come in today or tomorrow and they said its on the last step of verification, which is not an answer. I said I dont know what that means and she got really snippy with me. I could hear her rolling her eyes as she said again its in the last step. Im not a pharmacy tech, I dont know the steps of filling a script. How hard is it to say it will be done for you at x time.
