Taylor is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me get my prescription in a timely manner.

Not sure why they have low ratings, the pharmacists and techs are always super friendly. Meds are filled incredibly fast considering how small a crew they have. Never a lick of judgement when I call and ask when my controlled substance needs to be filled which is refreshing. Happy I switched.

From techs to pharmacists (especially the most recent pharmacist, I believe his name is Micheal) are all EXTREMELY rude! One would think and hope as a health care practitioner, the people would be caring, especially to those in need of medication, as they are sick in some way. I myself have a chronic illness and it is terrible and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Yet, when dealing with the people at this pharmacy, they LITERALLY GASLIGHT YOU! Make you, the consumer and individual in need, the problem, blame you for their mistakes, accuse you of being rude when you've simply made a comment (?????). E.g. whilst purchasing my prescriptions today, I said, "This isn't correct, I'm not buying it." The pharmacist said, "No need to be rude." I was not rude, I simply declined purchasing the er

Tried to get a very necessary prescription filled here. I had to ask multiple times every time I called when it would be ready because I would just be told "later on today". After three days of being told "tomorrow" I finally got it transferred elsewhere only after calling, waiting on hold, and being hung up on multiple times. They also didn't bother to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover it during the dozen+ phone calls I made to get info on it, nor that there's a shortage of it so most pharmacies are going to have a hard time getting it. Would've been nice to know all this information three days ago

Take your scripts elsewhere! Charged me for a year for medications that should have been $0 because they failed to put my insurance in when I gave them my card in First week in January. Never verified insurance with pick ups. $600 lost. They used to have a great team. Now it's someone different everything. They are obviously overworked. Even made an error on my medication dosing. Have been waiting for 2 days for my pneumonia medication. No one picks up the phone to let me know if my spouse can pick up yet, as they weren't ready yesterday after 8 hours. Stay away!
