This pharmacy is a nightmare. I’ve had multiple awful experiences here and will never be coming back. 1. Came in today, 10/10, to pick up meds only to find a line of 15 people waiting because an “unfortunate incident” with the pharmacist left the pharmacy closed until……who knows when? 2. Came in to pick up meds at 6:45pm to find the pharmacist quite literally BLOCKING me from getting in line because a staff member apparently needed to catch a bus. I let him know it was an urgent fill, he shrugged at me and basically said too bad. I stayed in line, and he rolled his eyes at me and said there was no point. He scurried off to the back for a moment, so I stepped forward into the line. When he came back out, he was visibly annoyed and told me there was no point again, and said “there’s no re

All of the employees at the pharmacy are great and deserve 5 stars. However, the phone system is absolute trash and incredibly frustrating!! Do better Safeway.

Today, due to an extremely urgent need, we called hoping for phone support. Nancy provided professional, expert phone support to confirm a critical prescription would be filled & ready. Thank You. I love these guys, always helpful, always doing their best. People need to be more patient, relax & be nicer to them. I consider them an important part of my care team, it really burns my biscuit for these wonderful professionals to be given a hard time. 👍❤️

Look I get there is a major pharmacy issue in this town. But figure it out. I work with the elderly and im tired of hearing that they cant get ahold of anyone to fill their prescriptions. And no, the 87 year old gentleman with mobility issues that lives in Otis does not need to come wait an hour in line just fill a prescription. And then come back to wait another hour to pick it up. It is active in the system but since it was a Rite Aid transfer, it is forcing those patients to call. And no one ever answers the phone. How do I know? Ive been trying to fill my meds for the last several days and the same thing. Ive called and called, no answer. Today someone finally picked up AND HUNG UP THE PHONE.
