Super Rude woman called to push out my appointment and when I asked if things were ok with the business she rudley said I could go else where and hung up on me! Wow! I tried calling back and went to VM ... How not to treat another person let alone a customer with cleanings every 3 months.....

After a couple of hiccups getting the appointment and paperwork complete, we had our appointments. The staff was very professional and gentle. They did a great job and we will definitely return.

Super nice staff, beautiful office and very compassionate caregivers. Explained everything and made a treatment plan according to what I need and can afford. Looking forward to continuing my dental work with them.

Excellent practice, from the moment you call for an appointment until you leave the office. I’m very pleased with Dr. Matlock. She is professional, gentle, informative, and generous with her time and attention. Amy is an excellent hygienist and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I’ve seen her for years and, in fact, she is the reason for transferring to this new dentist. I would follow her to any practice she signs with. You can’t go wrong with her either. Everyone in the clinic is excellent, all are respectful, friendly, professional, and respond quickly. If you are looking for a dental practice in Newport or Lincoln City, you do not need to look further. I look forward to meeting Dr. Looney as well. I’ve heard he is also terrific. Lastly, the office has warm water pipes to every exam

I was very impressed with Dr. Jensen and my experience there was outstanding. First the staff at the front was very warm and sweet and worked with me. When I had my teeth cleaned the hygienist was thorough and gentle. The Dr. was wonderful I had to have some work done and the workmanship he did was wonderful he is caring and calls you after an intense procedure just to see how you are. I have gone to him many years and and would recommend him to anyon.
