Safeway Pharmacy

Tonight I have to give a 1 star 4 out of the last perscriptioms ive tried to fill have been out of stock. Don was very rude and told me last night that the 2 were out of stock and would be in today. Today I called and they were never ordered. When Richard is working everything is so much better. Don has no business serving customers!

I went in today to pick up a prescription and the back up pharmacist actually yelled at his techs in front of customers and he wasn't very nice at all! He actually got really mad and yelled at me on the phone a few months back and i was in the right and had to have my doctor office call him to set him straight. Safeway please tell this guy to calm down and not yell at people who work for him NOT A GOOD LOOK!!!!

My experience with this location has been very good. I also really appreciate that they automatically refill my dogs RX and have been really good at sending text notifications when it's ready for pickup. Keep up the good work!!

I know I was late in getting my COVID vaccine. I was planning to get it earlier, however I caught the Delta wave before I got the chance. When I got my first shot I asked the administrator if there was any data on the effectiveness for the new variant. He replied “obviously you weren’t very concerned about the other variants!” I thought that was really rude considering he did not have any of my medical history as context. Very unprofessional. I will not return if I can avoid it.

Put in prescription March 7th. Called every week and nothing (a prescription for sanity Oddly enough haha) Manager "Richard" has a great phone presence and makes me not mind waiting 2 months later no prescription is a bummer Walgreens has it but I have to pay my doctor to change the place my script goes :/
