5 Stars! Is not enough. Shoutout to the Pharmacy team—these folks are always solid and genuinely go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. They're constantly smiling, even when I ask a million questions, and their patience and kindness never seem to run out. Truly appreciate all that you do. Thank you for making every visit so positive!

This is one of the worst stores. The staff here is very rude and unprofessional. There are no carts in the store they are in the parking lot. Customers Service person advised if you want a cart go in the parking lot to get one. You are required to bring your own bag, but then they don't want to bag your groceries. What are paying for. Giant and Shoppers can expect my business from this point on.

I do not care for the new implementation of a 15 item limit for self check out at the Clinton Safeway. If this is going to be implemented, more cashiers need to be available/working instead of just two, one of which is a 15 items or less lane. So there is only a single lane for customers with more than 15 items and 8 lanes for customers with 15 or less items. It does not make sense. Can the decision of this implementation please be explained? Maybe it is just me, but I think this is just absolutely ridiculous. I can understand implementing a 15 items or less for some of the self check out registers, but nor for all 6 of them.

Workers are nice and all. Very helpful. They were just a bit slow, but that could also be my injury talkinging. Waiting in line was killer, so I wasn't in the best mood to begin with. I had called them a few time before picking up my meds, and both of the employees I talked to were cheerful and happy to help.

They know me by name and are so sweet and understanding. I often wave while grocery shopping even when I have nothing to pick up. I feel so lucky to have pharmacists who care.
