Safeway Pharmacy

Mix reviews here. They have helped me with some prescriptions. One important prescription was not filled on time, I had messages telling me it would be ready, when I arrived I was told it would take a few days (this is after a few days of waiting) I was told it would be ready by 4pm leaving me no time to try and get the prescription sent to another pharmacy. This was a very serious situation. I called to try and have this taken care of. I was hung up on twice. This is inexcusable. I know you’re a busy place, and some meds are needed and I feel jerked around. I am now at another pharmacy which is about to close, and my prescription was not sent over. I am so upset! I signed up for vaccines online. I got here after driving 30 minutes. I waited at the vaccine counter for 15 minutes for the pharmacist to say they didn’t have the vaccine. ridiculous

This is the best pharmacy in the Aptos area. Always kind and helpful people working there. I highly recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great experience yesterday. I went in for a couple vaccines. I only waited about five minutes. The lady that checked me in was very friendly. The pharmacist that gave me my shots was very calm and patient, not in a hurry. We chatted before, then he asked me to let him know when I was ready before each shot. I'll be back for sure.

Jackie the Pharmacist is incredibly kind and thoughtful. She has always made herself available to answer questions and provide support when I needed it. Leticia is always really friendly and helpful too!
