Frank's Pharmacy

Most of the front desks pharmacy techs are nice, others not so much. The pharmacists? Most of them are quite rude, and condescending. I don’t appreciate being referred to as “that lady”, when I come to pick up prescriptions and they start to argue with me, when THEY are the ones who incorrectly billed the insurance and it is THEIR error. Especially when it’s a continuous problem, and they admit it’s their issue, but “they keep forgetting to check up on it”. What??

Frank's has been my "go to" Pharmacy for over 30 years. I still go there even though I live in Santa Cruz now and put up with traffic to get there. There is nothing better then local buisness and I get out of my way supporting them. Kind. Personal. Quality.

I love picking up my monthly prescriptions for my son here. They do an excellent job communicating any needs we have. The parking lot has great parking and area is wheelchair accessible .

Store open hours are a bit to limited, however the staff are stellar, they always look you in the eye and you can feel they are doing the very best they can. They're the most comfortable shop in town to do business with.

I have been a customer at Frank’s Pharmacy for years and they are truly amazing!!!! Wonderful staff who know you by name. They will do anything and everything to help you out and no long lines like CVS and all the others. They also deliver for free, which I have used on occasion. Wonderful, local caring pharmacy. I would never go anywhere else.
