Zero stars for customer service. I was told over the phone I’d be seen for a shortened session after a last-minute scheduling conflict on their end, but when I showed up, they canceled anyway. The receptionist is dismissive and won't even let you finish a sentence. Don't waste your gas driving here just to be treated poorly and turned away at the door."Avoid this location if you value your time. The scheduling is a mess—they tried to cancel my appointment 20 minutes before the start time, told me over the phone I could still come in, then turned me away once I arrived. The receptionist is very rude, unprofessional, Total lack of communication and zero respect for patients."

Camille palazzo is nothing short of magical! Every session with her feels like a masterclass in healing—she knows exactly what your body needs, often before you even do. Her expertise, care, and energy completely transform the experience of physical therapy. If you get the chance to work with Camille, consider yourself lucky—she doesn’t just treat injuries; she restores, strengthens, and inspires. Honestly, I’m convinced she has superpowers. If you're looking for a low effort hippy/ crystal style place to play around you've found it. If you're looking to actually receive professional physical therapy for your injury keep looking! As someone whom has worked with countless Physical therapists for decades I can say I didn't encounter a single competent medical professional in this practice. P.T here was a waste of time, money and made little to no improvement to my injury. They consistently book 1 hour sessions and charge your insurance or self as such yet you barely get 20-25min with a licensed therapist (one visit I got a whole 15min). They "double book" patients and proceed to "work" on the patient for 20 min before handing them off to an unlicensed in-training/ school assistant. This happened every single visit I had not onl

The Heart and Motion Circuit Workout class taught here has been a great help to start my fitness journey. Before I started taking this class I was not someone who worked out at all due to fear of going to the gym and doing things wrong, but this class has helped me gain the knowledge and confidence to go into the gym and I've even started going to the gym on a regular schedule. Camie not only does a great job at paying attention to everyone and making sure you have the right form, but she's also great at helping motivate yourself to finish a workout if you're struggling and modifies workouts if they're too hard.
