Sadler Health Center

I wanted to take time out of my day to give a personal shout out. My family have been coming to the Sadler Health locations for years now. We know many staff members from coming since they opened this new facility. Dr Regina Doherty of the dental department went above and beyond for myself and my children. She was so personable and ensured that we were completely taken care of. Dr Doherty was so personable and my kids felt really at ease even though they don't like dentist poking around their mouth. We will continue to come to this location due to the great providers that choose to work here and keep receiving an amazing standard of care to boot. It's a win-win!!!!

I love my personal doctors but mental health is huge thing and there certain regulations when switching between doctors because I have PTSD really bad and my old doctor said they would manage my care so everything went smoothly when she left and the new manager doesn't care they left me with meds now for a bout a month a half. Completely different then what the lady told me that was leaving. There is inefftove management that doesn't understand there are regulations. These are the giant gaps in mental health that people aren't seeing

Not sure where to or how to grade this.... I LOVE Dr. Melissa Salter. She is the best and I would follow her anywhere. My problem now is that it is TOOOOO Quiet in the waiting area. I have some anxiety, so waiting for the doctor can sometimes be an issue. Before, they had basic shows on the TV that I could focus on and take my mind off the reason that I was there. They also had some music playing. NOW!!!!!! THERE IS NOTHING!!! This is so upsetting! I am very frustrated by this. It makes it seem like a place less inviting!! I would hope that they would at least put a basic channel on one of the TV's if they feel that they can't do it for both. SO DISAPPOINTED THEY CHANGED THIS!!!!!

Dr Gaidhane is phenomenal. My experience at Sadler Dental was top notch! From the checkin process to treatment to checkout was smooth. I cannot say enough good things about my dental experience!

I visited Sadler Health Center Express Care for an issue with hearing loss in my right ear, likely caused by earwax blockage after cleaning my ears at home. The intake process was smooth, front office was kind and quick and I was seen by Gordon. During my visit, I explained that I had used a cotton swab, an electronic ear camera, and Debrox prior to coming in. Gordon recommended ear irrigation as the next step, which was appropriate given my symptoms. However, as the appointment concluded, I asked a simple follow-up question about how to properly clean my ears moving forward. At that point, the conversation shifted in a way that felt uncomfortable. Rather than answering the question directly, the provider began discussing race in relation to health risks, stating that because I am Black,
