I had a great experience with Sandra! She was very attentive and set up a beautiful environment, paying attention to all the details. From the aromatherapy, the lighting, the weighted pillows, the heat applications… amazing!. I felt very comforted and it was a soothing experience. The massage I had with her really helped my muscles soreness. I highly recommend !!

Sandra, the owner, is the heart and soul of this beautiful venture. I have known and worked with her for over 2 years, now. Post-pregnancy, I developed some back issues and recurrent muscle spasms that I ignored for a while. Sandra has helped me from a couple tough spots, even in just one day and somehow always knows the right amount of pressure and always finds the problem. Sandra is a natural healer/teacher and her wide range of experiences and modalities creates the most unique and beneficial session. She is very compassionate and intuitive which always makes me feel so safe and cared for. Her ability to treat you hands on and then provide practices for you to do at home is also very helpful with carryover of benefits.
