I had my first FST session tonight with Marcus. I discovered this place while researching for ways to help with hip discomfort that I had been experiencing. The environment was very quiet which helped me to be calm during the session. As he performed this technique he explained what was happening and what areas the stretching was focused on. I did not feel any discomfort or pain at any time. I could actually feel my body melting into the stretches which was an awesome feeling. When my session was over I felt like my range on motion specifically in my hip area, had greatly improved. I know that one session won't cure me overnight. I hope to schedule another appointment soon to help me along my journey of better health and wellness. Thank you for offering this beneficial service.
