They all truly care about me I was seen by a few dentists for the past 2 years for pain they couldn't figured out the issue dentist Cynthia knew the issue right away my pain is going away im so thankful I made the right decision if I could I would give it 6 stars

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Sachs for years now. Visiting a dentist can be stressful to some, but Dr Sachs makes you feel at ease and safe under her care. The staff are always friendly and helpful with appointments. At my last cleaning, I had a sensitive tooth and Beverly took her time and made sure I didn't feel any pain.

I had a dental emergency and having recently arrived in Rockford I had no local dentist yet. I looked into dental offices that took my insurance and found Dr. Sachs' practice. I called the emergency line on one of the days the office was closed and Dr. Sachs picked up! Despite being a patient she had never even seen before she was willing to help me and she called in the necessary medications immediately. She saw me as soon as she was able and helped me immensely, and referred me to the proper specialists for the further treatment I needed. I've had plenty of bad dental experiences in the past at other practices, but you are in good hands with Dr. Sachs and her staff.

I really want to thank Dr. Sachs and her whole entire team, I had not been to the dentist in many many years, the receptionist helped me make my appointment over the phone, once I got there she greeted me with a lovely smile and said everything is going to be ok and assured me I was going to be well taken care of, the hygienist was very nice took X-rays and pictures even though it was hard for me she helped me through, then I got to meet Dr. Sachs and she was amazing I felt extremely comfortable and even though I need a root canal and Many more things that need to be done, I am grateful that I met such great staff!! Thank you guys for an amazing first time visit!
