Lorraine is the BEST Hygienist you have EVER had on your staff. My Wife and myself sorta dreaded coming in for a cleaning, due to existing Hygienist's. They were tough on the process. All negative interactions. For the FIRST TIME the cleaning process was WONDERFUL. Great Gal! Will request ONLY Lorraine in the future. LOSE THE OTHERS ASAP!

Scheduled an appointment two months out (that was the soonest available) only to call the morning of to confirm my appointment and have them tell me they had no record of my appointment scheduled. Later come to find out they had booked it under my mother's name and when they called her to confirm she canceled it seeing as she hasn't gone to them in several years. I even spoke with the lady while making my appointment about how I'd last been in around November so I couldn't do my next appointment until May. Need to pay more attention to details and not be distracted when dealing with clients.

Dental Hygienist, Dr Rosario Garcia, is a beam of light here. What a treasure to find tucked in the scary troves of a requisite medical facility. Her decades of practice in Pediatric Dentistry make #adulting that much easier to contend with. She is a fully qualified Pediatric Dentist and Anesthesiologist in Peru and Chile, but,... ‘MERICA. Lake Worth/441 but worth the drive for her. She is incredibly informative, uses bubble gum flavored Novocain, can't feel the numbing needle go in, and gives GRADES at the conclusion of each visit so easily comprehensive! ❤️ The younger Dr Sachs is a bit more rough/heavy-handed than this scaredy-cat is comfortable with, but he’s humorous. And the Office Staff is PLEASANT and communicative.
