0 Stars!! This woman said I didn't need glasses. I have wore glasses for over 20 yrs. I need my prescription glasses to read! I work with children all day and I have to find someone to help me read their papers!!! Not even joking, this woman should find a new career. I have went to heartland before it was heartland and always got my Prescription. Now I have to wait until August for a real eye doctor to get my glasses. I would never recommend her for anything!!! This has caused problems with my job. I will be looking into this results of her decision.

After being a patient of hubbard eye clinic for nearly thirty years, driving there from other cities because of the quality of care and customer service, now that it is heartland eye care, I have been treated the worst I have ever experienced. After waiting four months to see Dr wright and being rescheduled once, I drive nearly ninety miles for mine, and my daughters eye appointment that was supposed to be scheduled with Dr wright. When I get there I find out that they gave our appointment to someone else and was going to put us in with a different eye Dr. My daughter and I require a particular procedure that Dr wright uses because of a medical condition we have.
