Stephanie was my yoga instructor for regular classes back in Minneapolis; she's amazing! Her flows are creative and comfortably challenging, she's able to teach a number of poses, and she has an extremely welcoming, friendly, and supportive attitude! Definitely attend class with her here if you're in the area!

Dr. Stephanie is one of a kind. She was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable with acupuncture even though I had never had it before. She gentle and verbalized everything to help bring anxiety levels down. I would 100% recommend her for anyone that is curious about acupuncture but scared of the process, as well as anyone else!

Sabita is the best. I've been going to her for massages (with a little bit of therapy mixed in) for more than 15 years. She is the best massage therapist I have ever been to, and is also an incredible soul. I learn something from her every time I go, and I walk out feeling like a new person. She's the best!!!!

Absolutely loved my massage from Sabita! She covered all my issues we discussed prior, and all and all it was just a very pleasant relaxing experience. I left with some easy take home tips on managing inflammation that didn't feel overwhelming or unachievable. Very clean calming atmosphere, highly recommend.
