Reliant Compounded Solutions, Southport

Update: The pharmacy worked with my Dr for an alternative medicine which I received today I was happy at first when they were able to give me a liquid of a capsule I was having issues taking. The problem was when I need a refill. At first I was told no problem and I would have it the next day. Later that day I got another call of how its really doesn't go into a liquid well something about the process. It sounded like it was too much work for what my insurance was paying. I would hate to think they gave me something the shouldn't have either way its wrong

My husband needed pain medication quickly. Reliant Compound Solutions is the only pharmacy that makes the special solution he had to have. I called on a Monday and they said it would be there in a day or two. By day three it still had not come. The order got lost at UPS. Donna, Emily, and the team at Reliant Compound Solutions had one of their team members drive it to our house that very day. He went out of his way and came from Southport to bring the much needed pain medication to us. Their team worked together to help us. Thank you so much to all the staff at reliance solutions, we truly appreciate your commitment to your customers. In a world full of AI, it was so nice to talk to real people with real compassion who had real solutions!!!

So thankful for this pharmacy! They call you with refill reminders, are always friendly on the phone and even made a special trip to bring my script so we wouldn't miss a dose. They make everything so simple!
