The doctor at this clinic is good, but the customer service staff is extremely disappointing. The staff who manage calls have a very unprofessional and rude attitude. They make clients wait for a long time, don’t provide proper help, and behave as if they don’t care at all. The clinic needs to seriously improve their customer service team because the experience with the staff is very frustrating

I'm very empress with Dr. Mirza on how he explains everything. He's very thorough with his exams and makes sure you follow up with your yearly test. His staff is very professional, there great for returning calls, or getting answer to questions, etc. My dad first started see Dr Mirza after meeting him in the hospital approximately 10 yrs ago. My dad said he was the best doctor and he never miss anything. I have to agree! So if your looking for a great Doctor and a wonderful staff that has you as top priority, no need to look any further. Dr Saad Mirza MD Pa is for you!

Dr.Saad Mirza is good but his assistant who handle medication and prescriptions is the worst I ever had experienced. Unprofessional attitudes and always delayed tactics , always a nightmare to get help from her. There's so many negative reviews about her even then nobody wanted to make it right

I have been a patient of Dr. Mirza for 14 years. His knowledge and wisdom is highly respected. The care he provides to his patients surpasses all. The staff is an example of his leadership. As a mother of 3, what I love most is the punctuality and consideration of your schedule and time. I have never been left in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes. Thank you Dr. Mirza and staff.

Dr Mirza office is like my 2nd home, Dr Mirza & his staff make me feel very love and comfortable every time I need to go see him.Dr Mirza is been my Primary Doctor since more than 10 yrs ago he is been with me since before I started Dializis and when I get my kidney transplant. Dr Mirza is a very dedicated doctor and been an excellent Doctor to me and my family.He is always open for an advice or if I need to see him Urgent, His staff will make a little room for an appointment as soon as possible.
