Al Harri has seen me since I was about 4 months old, I’m 22 now. He’s a great Doctor but their front desk lady is rude and can’t be bothered to make appointments. She had me on hold for about 20-30 minutes once and when I arrived she was staring down at her phone.

Very bad experience. Very long time waiting and the receptionist isn’t professional at all. She leaves me standing front of her more than 10 min whene I asked her why Iam waiting all this time she said Iam on break. When I told her so call someone else I need to pay and get stamp for my paper or I will leave. She tried to call someone but no one come. So I told her I will go she said go with impolite way. And I leaved without paying and without stamping. I wish Dr. Saad Al Hariri can see my review.

The worst place to take your children there, front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional, doctors are very careless they never send the medicine to pharmacy on time , you have to remind them many times. This happened to me three times. Even my son is very sick But i still can mot have his medicine, When you call the office they don’t care, i really don’t recommend this place for your kids..
