The phone system is absolutely atrocious and it makes me want to go on a killing spree (I believe that murder IS wrong). I call because I need to talk to the staff and it says it will transfer me, then it puts me on hold(where I wait for 20-30 minutes)and hangs up on me no matter what. I will change this review if it is fixed, ty
