Smile Reef Pediatric Dentistry

Best dentist ever!! We have been using Smile Reef since my oldest was 2 1/2 / 3 years old, she is now 13! We have always had extraordinary service from all of the staff! And I’m so grateful that we now have an office here In Pahrump! Our Pahrump office is amazing! The staff is so incredibly nice, friendly, and knowledgeable! The doctors are absolutely fantastic and so good with all three of my kids! Best dentist there is!

My children absolutely love coming to Smile Reef! The staff is always so kind, patient, and gentle, which makes every visit a positive experience. They truly take the time to listen to any questions and explain everything clearly and thoroughly. The front office has a fun little play area that helps ease any nerves, and the entire office is spotless and throughly clean. We are so grateful to have found such a caring team — I will always recommend Smile Reef!

When I took my two 12-month-old daughters to the dentist, I thought I could handle it solo but wow, it was way harder than I expected! The staff went above and beyond—not just doing their job, but showing genuine care. One assistant held one of my daughters while I cared for the other, helped get her teeth cleaned, and even placed her back in her car seat while I handled my other daughter. The dentist reassured me as a parent, and I left feeling supported, not judged. It’s rare to feel that level of genuine care, and I’m so grateful for how they treated me and my girls.

My children had a spectacular first dental visit, thanks to the caring, knowledgeable and professional staff at Smile Reef!! Each staff member took special care to explain each procedure they were going to perform, and they always asked me and my children what we prefer that they not do. They made us feel welcome, calm and secure, even with my toddler becoming curious and walking around. This amazing dental office was referred to me by my pediatrician, and they were every bit of what she described. I am so pleased, and my children said they had the time of their lives! At the dentist!!!! I highly recommend Smile Reef. They are top notch. 💯

We love this place amazing staff, friendly, professional, compassionate very clean my kids look forward to dental appointments. Now that we are established patients they see all my kids even the ones with special needs, the staff is caring and treats them with the same wonderful care.
