RWJ Rehabilitation - Columbus

I have been using RWJ in Columbus for almost 10 years. They really care about you and from my experience I’ve always had excellent results from all my therapy. They make sure that you’re always comfortable while giving you best therapy. The scheduler is always willing to switch days, times, etc as needed. I’ve always recommended RWJ to friends and family and I will continue to do so.

I have used Robert Wood Johnson rehab center twice now in the last five years. They are very courteous and professional and help you to work through the issues that you have. there is no rushing, there is professional courtesy always and they do not push you beyond your capabilities. Others that I know with experience there also have good things to say. The rehab helps more than I expected and I continue the routines at home to keep the effect going. It was most beneficial.

There are not enough words to express how wonderful this facility. Excellent Customer Service! Excellent Care! Both of my parents have been receiving therapy here. At times we have needed to change and reschedule appointments due to other doctor's appointments and this facility and staff have been very accomodating and compassionate meeting our needs. I highly recommend this facility and therapists. Both of my parents have had significant pain relief and better mobility. Very happy!

I was so impressed with Timothy Sene! What a friendly professional kind physical Therapist he is! I can’t say enough of how great d he is!!!

Parking here is good. Start appointments at 8am which is really nice. They have a nice waiting area wherr you can make your own k-cup coffee. The fulltime receptionist.has such a big mouth. She talks so loud i have resorted to wearing ear plugs in the waiting area. On break she goes out back and continues to scream on her cell phone about her personal life which is not appropriate and i would prefer not to hear. I honestly dont understand why screaming is that neccesary and it often makes me have to thow up.. It s a shame because the therapists and appt schedulers are great
