Capital Health Primary Care – Columbus

This group is A+. The check in staff is very polite, kind and courteous. You get taken in within minutes of your appointment time. The doctors are very attentive to your needs and give an impression that they truly care about your well being. The office itself is simple yet well appointed. I write this only for the primary care side, I am not their patient for cardiology.

Dr.Pellegrino was amazing! She was so sweet and kind even when talking about difficult things through my visit. So happy I chose capital health and her as my primary doctor. She listened and heard all of my concerns, she did not pass any judgement, and left me feeling relieved with my concerns! We spent an hour talking and she was so thorough in my visit!

This office and the "professionals " who work here deserve 0 stars. The MISTAKE the doctor made and the numerous staff members who failed to catch this mistakes could have had a much more severe outcome then it did. Thankfully my grandson only suffered minor issues due to the negligence of this office but nonetheless shouldn't have suffered at all!!! Be very aware if you take your children here.

I have always recommended this doctors office. I loved it here. But going forward if you go for a Dr visit for one thing and talk about another thing they charge you extra for that. Not like Americans don’t already pay an extreme amount on health care, to now be paying extra if it’s a different topic. Isn’t that what the doctors are for?

I am so thankful that I switched my Primary Care to this office. It is so organized, clean, and current with newest technology. The staff are very friendly and patient. Dr. Renee Hickman is extremely thorough and has impeccable bedside manner. She impressed me with her experience and knowledge. She is the best Doctor I have EVER encountered and I have seen many in various specialties and worked with many more. It was actually enjoyable to go to my doctor's appointment.
