I cannot say enough about Mansfield Veterinary Hospital. We have always had a positive experience in bringing in our pets, with each staff member and doctor we have seen. Most recently we had to assess and decide on our old sick kitty and Dr. Boden gave us all of our options and ultimately after a few days our family decided to euthanize her. I was hesitant because of the expense and being more than another local vet. But I am so glad we did continue with Mansfield, from beginning to end each staff member was compassionate, caring and wonderful during a very difficult time. They have a seperate room just for this and its peaceful and comfortable for us and our cat. They guided us through explaining the steps they needed to do and ultimately she passed very peacefully in our arms. They

Unfortunately, I was met with resistance and stonewalling from almost every clinic. However, Mansfield Veterinary Hospital stood out as a beacon of compassion and support. To put things into perspective, I am one of the crazy dog moms that love her dogs like they are actual human beings. So, I was very anxious about my 13lb dog going under anesthesia to remove a mast cell tumor. However I could not be happier with our experience with Dr. Boden and her staff. She called me after the procedure was done to let me know how it went and that my pup was already waking up. The tech Kelly was so kind and sweet to our pup when we picked her up later that day. I truly felt she was in good hands and I will recommend Mansfield Vet & Dr. Boden to all of our pup friends!

I recently brought my cat in for oral surgery. I was greeted by a women who asked if this was “ cat’s name” and when I said yes she said lets go over your estimate and get your down payment . I replied good morning to you too. When I picked him up 9 hours later they went over feeding and medication instructions but not one told me how extremely sedated he was . I’ve had two other cats have FME and both were fairly petite but neither of them were the absolute mess this cat was . He had no use of his back legs and when he came out of the carrier he panicked and it took me half the night to calm him down. I just wanted to thank Dr Zina and Dr Boane for the care that they gave Jenga. They were both amazing. We didn’t have the outcome that we wanted and they were both sincere and explained everything to us throughout the process. this was a very hard decision but we had to do what was best for our baby.
