RVA Children's Dentistry

It was my son's first time at the dentist today and when he first walk in, he was in heaven. He got to play kitchen and grocery shopping. When his name got called he did not want to get his teeth cleaned and the team there were excellent with making him feel comfortable. I highly reccomend this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She did not listen properly and was not helpful in resolving my issue. As a patient, I expect basic courtesy and support, especially in a healthcare setting. This experience was upsetting and needs improvement.

Both Dr. Jess and Dr. Carter are incredibly professional and truly care about their patients. They always take the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that my daughter feels comfortable and at ease. A special shoutout to Macy, who brings an extra personal touch to our visits. Her kindness, expertise, and supportive nature make every appointment smooth and stress-free. It’s comforting to know that my daughter is in such capable and caring hands. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful team. Highly recommend!

My sons have been patients of Dr. Carters for many years. Dr. Carter and her staff are fabulous. Everyone is very sweet and patient and my kids have never had a fear of going to the dentist thanks to them. This office is the best around and I am grateful for them.

Front desk personnel Julie and Allie have snarky attitudes and with them being the first interaction is a bad look for business. When your cellphone doesn’t your attention it will enable you to one let patient know of any needed paperwork is needed prior to your patient coming in for a scheduled appointment, after speaking to you on two different occasions. The Doctors and hygienist are great but again the front desk is the face and I prefer to deal with an upbeat happy to see me front desk personnel. Needless to say I have pulled both of my children and we will take our business elsewhere.
