Dr. Toussi took time to answer questions and explain the images. He was polite and thoughtful.
Dr. Toussi was attentive to what I was saying and was willing to help me and do as much as he could to assist me in setting up for a future procedure. It’s easy to see he is knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He saw something concerning on my X-ray that the last facility I was at who took the X-rays didn’t mention or notice. I’d also like to recognize my nurse, Grace, and commend her for her professionalism and care. She made me feel welcomed and facilitated my opportunity to meet with Dr. Toussi in a streamlined manner. She upheld OrthoVirginia’s patient rights of courtesy, respect, dignity, and attention to my needs.
If you are ever injured or in an accident be smart and get to Ortho for help. They all are incredible at what they do. I have nothing other than praise for this facility and the folks inside it.
Dr Toussi is outstanding. Thoroughly explained what was causing my pain and was also very thorough explaining he’s recommended treatment.
