Unreal. My wife at the recommendation of her dermatologist called to schedule an appointment here for photo-testing for a sunlight allergy. Receptionist indicated they could accommodate but didn't have an appointment opening for months. She took the first opening and waited months. Upon getting into the exam room, the doctor informed her they did not offer photo testing and could not even offer a recommendation for a place that offered it. Of course, the office still took the co-pay. I am beyond irate that this office did not even offer the service it claimed to when she called to schedule. We could've found and scheduled an appointment elsewhere and not wasted time and money had the receptionist not lied.

Good morning. I am writing to share my experience scheduling an appointment for my son. During my initial call, I spoke with Rashonda, who answered some of my questions but advised that I had reached the wrong office. When I asked for guidance on obtaining the necessary information, I was told to search for it myself. I eventually found the correct information and called the right number, only to be answered by Rashonda again. Why did she not provide me with the correct contact information from the start? Because of the unprofessional behavior I will be finding another pediatric doctor for my kid

I went there years ago and had an awful experience, and decided I wouldn't go back. The I needed a dermatologist recently. I checked and the head of the dept had changed so I thought I would try it again. Still terrible!!! Doctors were dis missive and condescending. And quite rude, and they made fun of something I said when they were outside the door. I guess they thought I wouldn't hear. I don't trust their diagnosis Yhey do not not engender confidence. I will go elsewhere . It is Sad that this is a teaching facility. I may have to start looking at where a dermatologist did their residency, and eliminate them from my list of anyone I would go to.

I waited four months for my appointment, they cancelled the month before and then said the next appointment out was another four months. Its the week of thanksgiving, a doctor should know at the beginning of the year when her vacation is. Would not recommend going, I am going to try elsewhere, the receptionist wasn't even apologetic. On top of all that, they think this is acceptable. I implore you to go elsewhere, not worth the wait, and no guarantee it will happen in the timeframe it is supposed to. Dr. Vesselia Kafozoff is the cancelling doctor with the unprofessional office staff.

We recently switched insurance providers and unfortunately had to change the girls' pediatrician after 15 years of wonderful care. Dr. Lerner of the Rutgers Health Group came highly recommended by our family. We had our very first visit today, and it was amazing. We were able to check in a week prior online before we arrived; the location has plenty of parking and was easy to find. We had to have our temperatures taken before entering the building as a covid precaution, and even behind the masks, the staff members were professional, helpful and friendly. There were hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere, and a very beautiful and clean waiting room with a huge TV. It was very comforting to be in a clean place with my kids during this time.
