Dr Fleming is an excellent surgeon. He did such a great job on my first surgery, I went back to him to address another issue 2 surgeries by others failed to remedy. He is professional, and thoughtful, always taking the time to address questions. The office staff is efficient and knowledgeable as well.

Dr Fleming was great. He was personable and empathetic. He also explained my injury and spent time talking me through my options. I have also seen Dr Monica at UOA and he is great as well. I could not recommend UOA more.

Dr. Fleming is excellent. I received treatment for my ankle at his office a few years back and I had an overall great experience. He treated me with the outmost respect and gave me great advice which put me back on track. I felt like Dr. Fleming went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend.

Dr Fleming is a true professional! Dr Fleming did my ankle replacement in April 2025, after few weeks I had no pain, and after 6 weeks of PT I was walking better than I had been in years, a few more weeks of PT and I was walking stairs with no pain. Last week I twisted my foot and after an urgent care visit I was told I had a broken bone in my foot. I was able to get an appt next day to see Dr Fleming. Love UOA staff , too

Dr. Fleming is an exceptional doctor/surgeon. He was referred to me by people that I work with in the medical field and it was the best referral ever. I took my mom for 5 different opinions on her foot/ankle. From the moment he walked in the room to speak to us, to his examination, to the explanation and review of all X-rays, to the explanation of what is going on with her foot and what needs to be done to correct the problem; next steps; exceptional would be an understatement. He is kind, caring, compassionate, respectful, engages with his patient to make them and family member(s) feel comfortable, answers all your questions and concerns, shows empathy. He has a wonderful demeanor about him. His staff, exceptional as well; from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. His ass
