I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and so attentive. She made check-in smooth and stress-free, which immediately put me at ease. The hygienist was absolutely amazing — gentle, thorough, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. You can truly tell she cares about her patients. The entire team was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. It’s not often you find a dental office where every single person makes you feel valued and well taken care of. Had some major dental work by Dr. Dean Chencharik and his assistant Sondra. Prior to the dental work, Doctor spent a lot of time discussing the options with me. I was very appreciative. During the procedure, which took about five hours, they made me as comfortable as possible and explained each step as the day progressed. The rest of the staff I came in contact with were all professional and pleasant to deal with. Very pleased with my experience to date and would recommend Dr. Chencharik and the office to others.
