My grandmother recently stayed here for rehab for almost 2 weeks. She decided to leave early because of the poor care there. She had no complaints about the therapy, but had many complaints about everything else. At night time she had children running through her room emptying the trash and leaving her bathroom door open with the light on. After having back surgery, she had to get up into her wheelchair to turn the light out. Children doing the work of their parents who work there we assume? And disrupting resident's sleep in the middle of the night. She also had to take herself to the restroom, even though she cannot stand by herself. They do not answer the call light for 2 hours and more. She had to make her own bed at one point, because they left linens on the bed and her in her wheel c

My mother has been at the russellville rehab /nursing facility since November 1st. MY mother and I have been treated with respect and kindness from day one. They make the time to answer all our questions and if they don't know the answer they find out. I visit my mother almost daily at different times of the the day and I have witness all the nurses, tech, aides and administration all working to make the residence feel at home. They have fun events scheduled and friendly smiles while helping residents and their family adjust to their new surroundings. I can go home at night and sleep well knowing my mom is in good care.

My dad stayed in rehab over the weekend and we had him moved as quickly as we could. We would ring for help and no one would come. Literally had to go out on the hall and tell for help while the one person that was visible was laying on the couch watching TV while ignoring all the alarms my dad fell in the bathroom after ringing for help and noone coming to help for more than 30 minutes the family had to help him up and get him back on bed. We actually should have sued them but we got him out and moved on. My dad was covered in bruises with a huge knot on his arm and there did was to put a band-aid on it. We had to insist on a doctor to see if anything was broke. Never sent him to the hospital and a doctor never saw him that day. We can't in Sunday and he was lethargic and couldn't wake up

This is the worst nursing facility ever. My mom has been here for about 3 weeks for rehab, so she could get back to her normal self after being in the hospital for 2 week. The CNA'S are absolutely horrible no bedside manners. They take about 45 minutes to get the call button, and they are all sitting at the nurses desk talking or on their phones. They refuse to bath my mom. She was having trouble breathing and wanted to go into the emergency room, they told her they can't go until the dr comes in. I have to ask for her room to be cleaned, or new bedding on her bed. I would never place another loved one in this center ever ago. Thankfully she was able to walk out of there alive.

When I was in this facility, I heard the CNAs say some extremely terrible things about the residents and call them some terrible names. They mostly did this in front of the residents themselves or to each other when they thought visitors couldn't hear them. I also saw them handle quite a few of the residents rather roughly and ignore most of the call lights that came on. I pray to God that one day they will learn how to treat the resident's right, and I hope that no other residents have to go through what I saw the current ones go through.
