I had to put one star to even put a review. I had colonoscopy with polyps removed on Tuesday and I felt every bit of it! I said “I can feel that” not once but 3 times while they were cutting the polyps out because it was not just uncomfortable it was painful! In postop the nurse was trying to train a new nurse about length between vitals and said “ put here awake but drowsy”. I said no I’m not I’m completely awake!! then I have a condition called trichotillomania where I pull my hair when I’m anxious and she said “ why do you keep doing that is your hair itching “ I had to explain that it was a medical disorder and she made me feel bad about it!! They finally said if I bring your boyfriend in will you calm down and they did but I feel violated!! The dr apologized to me by email. The or nu

Everytime I go here, everyone is awesome! Angela in radiology was so kind and amazing, Maddie excellent in drawing my blood! Everyone was so kind and did an excellent job. I am sorry I cannot remember everyone's name. The lady who did my EKG, my nurse and physician were all excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I came in 9/25/25 in the evening around 6pm. Thanks for being so kind and helping me. My husband and I choose your hospital over Somerset everytime. 5 stars to everyone!

One star is too many. Putting the worst up front, they don’t have gowns or sheets in the ER. So if you don’t want to expose your nakedness to the entire ER, go somewhere else. I felt literally violated. I have alpha gal syndrome and when asked about allergies I told them this. They responded they meant medication allergies. To which I responded yes I’m allergic to any medication that contains alpha gal. I think they didn’t want to be responsible if they gave me something I was allergic to so they didn’t want it written down that I had allergies. And when they asked about medical conditions I told them I have an as yet unidentified blood disorder that makes me susceptible to infections and bleeding they responded no I mean something like diabetes. Love this hospital, every time I come here we are in and out. Staff is always so friendly & competent. We came into the ER for an X-RAY, my dad is visiting from out of state and needed a disc copy of the xray, we asked once when we checked in and upon check out they had the disc. No one ever wants to go to the ER, but I’m happy that if we ever do we get to come here!

Only giving 1 star because I have to, the ER is supposed to be for urgent emergencies I pulled in with my Father having a medical emergency and I had to wait for 10 minutes i tapped on the glass and the nurses just ignored me the maintenance guy came up front and i asked him for a wheel chair that's when I finally was helped FROM THE BUILDING MAINTENANCE man they wheeled him in i was then told I couldn't go back with him after parking the car the nurses at the ER desk were slow and extremely rude! . I work in law enforcement I would expect better service then this maybe even a little professional courtesy. Horrible experience.... this is a hospital you're supposed to take care of people. Not be rude. And treat people like garbage...
