Also known as griders. They are very rude. Dont waste your time getting oxygen here. According to them they weren't making enough money on me, refilling my tanks once a month. So they treated me and my family horribly instead of taking it up with my insurance. The way Aetna or a medical card works in this case, is it pays for oxygen for 3 years, then griders are supposed to supply it for free for 2 years. But after the insurance paid for almost 3 years they told me they weren't doing it anymore. but I think they didn't want to uphold their end of the bargain. I saw them loading their vehicle they use to deliver O2 supplies with oxygen tanks. Suspicious 🤔 So if you don't want to eventually have to go through this, go to James medical.

This pharmacy is locally owned and operated by a great group of people and have always been very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

service is poor. employees complain about filling oxygen, saying that they aren't making any money on it. this is not only rude and unprofessional but most likely a lie. if you not making money then take it up with the insurance company you are billing not the customer.
