Associates In Dentistry LLC

My child had cavities filled but had a bad experience w the dentist. He had poor bedside manner and was a little rough even when she was panicking in the chair. Her bite was left gapped bc they didn't file it down enough. So I took her to the smile center in Campbellsville. They found all cavities needed redone and more cavities than associates found. Their equipment is outdated and needs updated badly. The staff is great but we won't be back

Clean and wonderful atmosphere. Loved my nurse and Dr. BATES I found my new dentist. Update: my dentist Dr. Bates is no longer there they would not let me know where she went. Older dentist that I seen in july just rushed me out had a couple teeth that needed fillings and he asked was they hurting now if not he would try to get to them at my next 6 month appointment WTH I was rushed in and rushed out. I'll never be back. And 2 weeks ago I found Dr. Bates she is at Faith Dental on Main st. In Russell Springs. Where I'll be next week.

I've seen several different Dentist in the Russell Springs area over the past five years trying to find one I actually liked. This may not be the most fanciest dentist office in the Russell Springs/Jamestown area, but this Dentist is definitely the most kindest. Compared to some of the other dentist in the area I would definitely give this one Five Stars. The dentist was very nice and understanding as I absolutely hate going to the dentist. He was so patient with me and I didn`t have to wait to be seen. He is now my family dentist.

Had a broken tooth for a year. Would call to get an appointment only to be told that itd be six months to a year to get an appointment or to call on a thursday to see if the dr that took my insurance had any openings. For someone with no childcare that was impossible. Went to a different local dentist got an appointment with in a week or so of calling, turns out that tooth that was broken needed to come out and should have been taken out long before i was able to get in. These drs used to always get a tooth emergency in (this broken tooth was) but according to them it wasnt. So Happy i wont be going back there anymore Id advise anyone not to go there.

Dentistry does not know how to do the job correctly. Booked my appointment close to 3 months ago. Called the day before to confirm my appointment. Set in the office for 10 mins to find out they will not take my insurance! Will not let me pay because of insurance fraud
