Drs are great, love working with Nadia and Kristy. The front staff is terrible and always have a tone or attitude like they hate their job or who they work with. Definitely starting to take it out on clients as I saw last month in December for my kids one year appointment. I was having trouble hearing because there were multiple people upfront and talking so I had to ask her to repeat herself and she got drugs treated with me like I was the one talking loud and it was my fault. Whenever I call or my husband calls there’s always a problem, attitude or a snappiness of some kind. The other location on 71 is much better with service and talking to clients.

After being brushed off by both Kleinfeld and Kristy about concerns I have had with my son regarding lip and tongue ties causing feeding issues, as well as allergic reaction to dairy and ear infections, I have sought to take my baby somewhere else. I strongly suggest people advocate for their children. They know them best. Being told that my son's lip tie wasn't a concern, and Kleinfeld not even checking for a tongue tie when I mentioned concerns about feeding, only to discover how quickly both his tongue and lip tie could be resolved by a pediatric dentist, that should have been my first clue at how negligent this office is. They do not truly listen to concerns from parents - they only hear to respond and shut you down. Bring your kids elsewhere if you want adequate care for them.

When I saw Dr. Kristy Macello treat my daughter with so much kindness, compassion and completely genuine I knew my daughter was in good hands. There are those people in life that leave their mark and Dr. Kristy is a physician/doctor that really cares and incredibly good with kids. Thank you for the experience.

I took my daughter to this office on Tuesday during walk in hours due to high fevers and knowing my other daughter was just getting over pneumonia. We waited for over two hours. The physician assistant saw us, Kristy Macellaio. She didn't introduce herself when she came in. I told her about the fevers and that my other daughter was just getting over pneumonia so it was possible she might have that. She concluded that my daughter merely had a virus and that fevers were normal and that I shouldn't be concerned. I asked her at what temperature should I be concerned. She responded that I shouldn't be concerned with a fever until it was 107 degrees. I took my daughter to the ER the next day with a fever of 105.3. The ER doctor diagnosed her with pneumonia and wouldn't let her leave the hospit

It's a good practice. I have been going there for at least 10 years. My only complaint is that the parents let their kids run around everywhere. Once a little girl fell on top of my 4 month old who was in his carrier. Needless to say I was angry! I think the receptionist needs to tell the patients to watch their kids! It's a doctors office, NOT a playground!
