Rush Convenient Care

Thank you to Lola for helping me get my little one back on track, my little one had a cold with wheezing, Sonia the receptionist was super nice and Tanya the MA was really good with my little one, she did great when it was time to strep test. I came as soon as they open and they were ready to help with a smile and positive attitude. Thank you for the amazing service and making my son feel comfortable, I highly recommend this place.

I have been to this location a couple of times and have been mostly satisfied. Today was a completely different experience. I arrived and they told me it would be about 45 min wait. I got there around 1:30. After waiting an hour and a half in The waiting room they called my name. The nurse checked me in and did a review and said the doctor would be in shortly. After waiting another hour and a half and no one coming in I stepped out to ask how much longer. They said they were sure. I waited a few more minutes and then left because I had to be somewhere. This is completely unacceptable.

I absolutely love this place. I've never had an issue here.. All the women that work here are absolutely amazing. They are respectful, patient and compassionate. There are only 2 convenient cares I go to and this is one of them.

Was kinda iffy about going here because of reviews. It was convenient,close to home. The staff I encountered was great. I was the only one there and was immediately taken to the back. DJ was nice she listened to my concerns and we came up with the best option for my care. I will recommend to family and friends if needed.

I cannot express how horrible this business is. The girl at the front desk looked at my insurance card and told me that I was in network. I visited this location several times after that, until I was given a medical bill of over $1000 because I was OUT OF NETWORK. I would never have gone here if I thought my insurance wasn't going to cover it. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
