In 2023, I stepped off a jagged road and tore tendons in my ankle while training for my first marathon. By pure happenstance I was paired with Adria where she last worked. I can't believe my good luck in meeting her. The exercises prescribed and hands-on therapy built my ankle back stronger than ever, and I was able to successfully complete my first marathon in Spring of 2024, pain free! In 2025 while in the early training stages for my second marathon, I developed plantar fasciitis. I tracked down Adria and was thrilled to find she'd opened her own space. Super cute AND convenient! Adria is an excellent physical therapist. I am coming back to running after rupturing an achilles tendon 2 years ago. I thought I would never get to run again yet I am now back to running. To learn from my past mistakes of running, I wanted an expert to help me develop running mechanics that is sustainable; that is where Adria comes in. She has been able to pin point where I need to build strength in order to improve form. When I've had a setback in my progression, she has been able to help me modify my strength regimen to fit my limitations. I highly recommend Adria!
