I have followed Sheka to her new place of business because I discovered her online 18 months ago. Moved from Austin, TX, to Durham, only to find someone who may be the best massage therapist I've ever experienced in Sheka! Not only does Sheka know her craft/art backwards and forwards, she also makes me laugh every single visit. That leads to mental relaxation as well as physical, which I need after a week of nannying. She understands my body's mechanics (or lack thereof) and adjusts her work to meet my needs. Sheka has an amazing talent. Her massages aren't just relaxing but are so therapeutic. I've struggled with back and hip pain for years and she immediately identified my years-long knots and is helping work them away. She is the gold standard!

The Best Deep Tissue Massage! My back is a brick wall so it is very difficult to find someone who doesn’t hurt you by pressing too hard with their elbow versus not hard enough. She is an expert at finding the trigger points and knots so the pain goes away. She is kind, empathetic, and has a great sense of humor.:)

I would give her 10 stars if I could. Very intuitive therapist who finds my achy spots and refuses to let them get the best of me!
