What a caring staff when I needed medical assistance from the front desk, the nurses and x-ray technician. They took excellent care in seeing I was welcomed, and my medical concerns were addressed in the best way. A special thank you to Marc Herbert and Sharon for a breathing treatment to help me with diagnosis of early PNA. The new facility is very nicely laid out.

Jazmyn at the front desk was so sweet, accommodating and nice. After dealing with a sick kid for multiple days in a row, the kind welcoming and warm personality is exactly what someone needs to start their appointment off right. Marc, NP was absolutely amazing with my very sick four year old. I assumed something else besides the flu was going on, and that is why we couldn’t kick these fevers. Quick assessment with making my kiddo laugh for the first time since being sick and he diagnosed her with an ear infection on top of being Flu A positive. Made sure she was comfortable and we were able to get her fever under control, offered us anti-nausea medication as well due to her sudden aversion to taking fever reducers. Dr. Marc was absolutely amazing with my 7 year old. Unfortunately, he had to experience two other staff members yelling at him before Dr. Marc stepped in. I cannot thank Dr. Marc enough for helping turn our experience around and for being so patient and kind to my boy.

Great facility and staff, very helpful. I was able to get in and out much quicker than any other urgent care I’ve been to.
