RRH Internal Medicine - Newark

First of all, the receptionist was very nice when checking in, loved her energy. They made me feel welcomed. The nurse was awesome, making sure to get every detail of what I came in for. My visit was a little long but there was a lot that Dr Lester and I went over to try to get some results. I felt heard and that I indeed needed a second opinion on my health. Overall it was a great experience, and I may be switching PCP's soon.

Called the office to get in to see the doctor. Had a very pleasant conversation with the office employee. Was able to get an appointment for that day mid morning, Very impressed to be able to do so. In today's society everyone is very quick to complain but rarely lets you know know when a great job is performed. Thank you for the quality patient care and customer service, is very much appropriated.

Newark Internal Medicine is a fine medical practice. The friendly people there got me a next day appointment. I merely called the office and pressed pound in order to check in for my appointment. The got me in an exam room immediately upon my arrival. The friendly nurse that took my vitals made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Deol was by far, one of the most professional physicians I've ever seen. After a thorough examination, he educated me about my condition, the various drugs to treat it, the pros and cons of each, as well as, which one my insurer approved of. Two days later, I'm remarkably better.

The office is always running behind. Expect to be seen at least 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Was there recently and the provider was seeing patients over an hour late for each appointment - without offering patients a courtesy call to let them know they'll need to wait over an hour to be seen. I recommend looking in to going to a more professional and timely practice that is considerate of it's patients

Most frustrating and inadequate reception services I have encountered. Difficult to even get anyone to answer the phone, other that the automated voice messaging system. Scheduling is horrific. Doctors are fine but, with so much disastrous conversations with the front and scheduling changes, it’s not worth the hassle.
