Can’t be bothered to schedule my scan, but wants me to waste my time and come in to talk about scan that no one could be bothered to schedule. I called several times and was told they would an they’d get back to me. I was forgotten about. Would not recommend this place anymore. Used to be great, but lately they’ve stopped caring about the people they are supposed to help.
There's a long story to tell, but suffice to say I have never been treated with less compassion than by this office in my entire life. And I'm 65 so have had a few experiences. If you are being treated by this group and have a problem, wait until the office closes and call the after hours people who are great. The day staff will give you the following platitude: I'll give this information to the nurse and she will call you. She will NOT call you. Never got a call, twice about two different issues. Although my comment stands about no call back from the nurse on two occasions (the 2nd of which directly impacted my recovery and pain level), I am updating this review to say that I went to the office for my final procedure and was treated with the upmost kindness, concern and respect by
I came here a second time with pretty much the same concerns and same feelings afterwards. There was no evidence of infection for the discomfort I was feeling and so pretty much no reason for me to be there, is the impression I got from the Doctor who saw me. I went to a urologist for help with my uncomfortable symptoms that I felt were important to get rid of. I have a history of uti’s in the past and just want it to end. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The Doctor who saw me was very condescending and rude. I’ve never been spoken to like that as a patient. Strange how just because there’s no infection I should be made a fool for wanting to be seen for potential help/ relief of symptoms. I’m never coming here again. I’m so disappointed that this doctor can belittle someone sitting in his of
Just got my procedure done earlier today and the staff and Dr. Nelson was fantastic. Minimal pain and talked me through the whole thing. I would definitely recommend to go here if you need a vasectomy. 👏🏻
Welcome to a UROLOGY practice that has a restroom that is not wheelchair accessible. Need to give a urine sample? Too bad.
