4/17/24: Updating from 1 to 4 star because Priya does an exceptional job. Maybe you all need a new operations strategy. last 2 times I come here I am sitting in the waiting room 30-40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, meanwhile the waiting room is completely empty and people are coming in after me and being seen. Today, I scheduled an appointment for 1 pm and I double checked twice over the phone that it was for today. I show up for my appointment and the lady at the desk said sorry its for tomorrow. She was also rude and said well I dont know what to tell you. Thanks rochester regional health for continuing to waste my time.

Consider updating your hours. Your website says something different than Google, which both say something different than the hours on your door. It's a pain for anyone who works to get in here.

Poor customer service.

Profesional Doctors but so disrespectful in the registration Amanda Lee #327134 employee was even talking with the patient after me for help her first, and making jokes about my situation, completely incompetent! They don’t help me and still charge to my health plan! Hope never have to come again!
