Stephanie basically scoured my body for torture points and knew exactly what technique was needed to take me apart and put me back together. I've tried 7 different massage places in Jacksonville and so far she not only has the strongest hands (good lord) but she explains what she is doing and why, and reads your body to you so you understand what you need. The deep tissue massage is very interactive and she will use certain pressure points and ask you to flex or push/pull a certain way to expand the stretch. She even went to the extent of texting me before I left with every muscle she identified that needs additional attention and told me to stretch these very specific muscles. She is the best I been to. I drive a truck all over and I been to a lot of massage places and she is by far the best. She actually knows what she is doing. Works on all the area and actually helps by give you ideas to do at home and checks up on you later. She cares about her clients. If I know I’m gonna be in town I’ll message her and she will do whatever evening if means working on a day off or working late me in. Prices are way more than fair in my book. Much respect to her. Amazing experience!! Stephanie was very welcoming and easy to relax with. I booked a 90min session cause I had a few trouble areas I really wanted worked. Every spot she found she took the time to release as much tension my body could handle. She adjusted methods for my comfort easily. She also made sure I was balanced and not over or under worked on either side, which some therapists gloss through. The 90 minutes went by too quick, but I felt great after! 100% reccomend her for any level of massage you need.

This was my first massage I have ever received in my 32 years of living for my back knots and my facial pressure headaches. Stephanie treated me and it seriously felt amazing!
