R&R Dental Care

The office called at 8am to cancel my 2pm crown and filling appointment the same day due to the dentist being out sick. This happens. When I had originally scheduled, I was told 2pm was the absolute latest time available for this type of procedure, so I specifically arranged a shift change at work to accommodate it. I asked if they could reschedule me for 2:45pm on another day so I wouldn’t need to request another shift change, but they said it's not possible. I like this office, the staff, and Dr. Shipley, but I was disappointed they weren’t willing to be a bit more flexible, especially since the change up was on their end.

They’re so awesome. The front desk always takes great care of my and Katie cleans my Teeth better than anyone. I enjoy my time there

I had an excellent experience at this office! It’s spotless, well-organized, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Dr. Gabby was wonderful, and Katie did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The entire staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The front desk team was also very kind and efficient. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Absolutely flawless professionalism, expertise & kindness! I was Amy's last appointment of the day, but she treated me as if I were her first! She always makes me feel valued & interesting! The admin staff is exceptional & organized! You could eat off the office floor-immaculate!
