This location sucks very unprofessional and very lazy staff only pediatric center you call and they never answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold and leave you there without even asking how can they assist there until the line disconnects. Been coming for years and after Covid nothing has been the same. Clean up and rehire a better staff at least ones that know their also being paid to answer the company phone not just sit on their buttons gossiping when it’s empty in there at least 60% of the day.

For starters, the office itself is very unsanitary. Everything looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years from the moment you walk in. Then once you get into a room, they don’t wipe anything down before or after placing your child on it. As for the staff, very unprofessional. They rarely answer the phones. Then they never gave me a copy of my daughter’s physical and when I called to request it I was told I had to pay $5 for a 2nd copy—though I never received the first copy. The woman I spoke insisted that if it was scanned into the system, that means they gave it to me. She also decided to get snarky and say “Like I said” to reiterate the charge for the 2nd copy. I’m no genius, but perhaps someone in the office failed to do their job and the first copy is lost somewhere near by on the de

My daughter has been a patient for 20 years and I am going to miss this office when she leaves and I for an adult PCP.. My daughter was sick last week. I called that same morning and was able to get information on how to do the Walk-in appointment. My daughter was able to see the doctor during the walk in hours. The office staff was very professional and kind.

These people deserve a raise! They are super friendly Helpful and professional! I live 3 minutes away from the location in Jackson and I choose to drive here on 27th every time for better service. Over is Jackson I don’t know how those people still have a job. They need a refresher is customer service! Thanks and keep up your helpfulness.

The doc is awesome!! But no one ever answer the phone or call back. I needed to make a follow up appointment for my daughter but no one answered the phone. I called multiple times. That’s really aggravating.
