My family & I want to acknowledge the incredible team at Royal Palm Beach Veterinary Office. We are so grateful for the many years of exceptional care they have given our dog, Rocco. They have always been kind, patient, and incredibly compassionate. Dr. Holgerson and the entire staff truly treat every pet like family, and it shows in everything they do. We always felt listened to, supported, and confident that Rocco was in the best hands. Thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and genuine love for animals—we couldn’t have asked for a better veterinary team!!

While I do appreciate their honesty, they did not want to take on my larger husky, about 90 pounds, because I said he is a little anxious with shots. I informed them he does not bite and is very sweet and not aggressive in any way, just a bit skittish with shots. They let me know their staff is unable to handle larger dogs.

We recently had to euthanize our beloved cat Willow. As difficult as that was, Dr, McLaughlin lessened the pain with her compassion, warmth, and loving manner. We trust her explicitly with our precious pets. In addition, the staff at Royal Palm Veterinary Clinic is knowledgeable, caring, and responsive. Finally, the facility itself is clean and beautifully decorated making for a very inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr, McLaughlin and this clinic.

An absolutely beautiful and super clean facility! Front desk staff are super friendly and accommodating, and the Dr.’s are fantastic!! They took great care of our mini schnauzer…you and your pets will love this place ! Can’t say enough great things about Dr McLaughlin .. She is just so compassionate, understanding and most of all so thorough, explaining everything! She is truly a gem !

Dr Jamie McLaughlin is one of a kind! Such a special person with great compassion for animals and ability to figure out what’s wrong with your pet. She’s truly a gem and genius!!
