Royal Norwell Nursing and Rehabilitation

A week out from Thanksgiving, I need to pass along a special thanks to the entire staff of Royal Norwell. My stay may have been short but it left a long ,lasting impression. Oh sure the place was clean, bright and cheery but the people, the people made it so,so special !! Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, helpful and happy to be taking care of you. I am so thankful we picked Royal Norwell. I will apologize in advance if I don’t name all of the wonderful people and for spelling, grammar and syntax. The cleaning staff ,top notch and helpful. The dining staff so friendly and the food was pretty good also. Dr. John, a credit to the profession. Martha, Helen, Laurel and Tall John ,the admin staff(I think) so pleasant to deal with. I can't say enough about the care I received at Royal. The rehab team got me back on my feet, and I felt confident about going home. All of the staff were wonderful! The rehab unit is all private rooms with big windows. It felt like home. Every staff member that I met from administration to nursing was kind and helpful. I would definitely go back to Royal Norwell

Walking into the facility you are greeted with a large atrium that is well lit and leads to a beautiful garden. From first impressions, immediately, I knew that this was a nursing home that cares. The staff has bright, smiling faces that made us feel welcomed. The administrators are knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative. Plenty of activities like movie nights, bingo, tie dye events to keep the residents occupied. I have heard nothing but good things about the food as well! Dining services here host special events, ice cream socials, and breakfasts that bring nothing but big smiles to the residents.

My husband was in there for a couple of weeks. The nurses and aids were wonderful!! Renee the head nurse, was always making sure my husband was cared for. She is amazing!! The place is old but clean.Thank you to everyone that was there for him.

I arrived at Royal Norwell Rehabilitation feeling lost and overwhelmed, but from the moment I stepped through their doors, I was met with compassion and professionalism. The staff—ranging from clinicians; Beatrice, Terry, Marachi & Danielle. Supervisor; Rene. Physical therapists; Alena, Kristin & Nicole. Occupational therapists; Shelby & Chris. Managers; Helen, Martha, Amy & John. House keeping; Maria to kitchen personnel; Mike & Anna were consistently warm and attentive, making me feel comfortable and supported throughout my stay.
